Where does your matcha come from?

Our matcha is grown on a 100-year-old farm in Japan, in volcanic soil packed with nutrients. It’s crafted with tradition and knowledge passed down through generations — meaning you’re getting top-tier quality from root to ritual.

Why is shading the leaves such a big deal?

The leaves are shaded by hand for over 20 days before harvest. This boosts the rich umami flavor, deep green color, and increases L-theanine and chlorophyll — the key compounds that give matcha its clean energy, calm focus, and good vibes.

How is your matcha ground?

We use traditional granite stone mills that grind the leaves slowly to lock in freshness and prevent oxidation. It takes us 1 hour to grind just 40g of matcha — for ultra-fine, pure powder without metal contamination.

Is your matcha sustainably made?

Absolutely. Our partner farm uses sustainable, ethical farming practices that protect the planet and support local communities. Every tin you buy helps fund a conscious supply chain.

Why do you only produce in small batches?

We do small, fresh batches — milled to order — to guarantee top quality, max flavor, and full freshness. That way, every tin you open is at its absolute best.
