At MAIN MATCHA, your satisfaction matters. Since matcha is a consumable product, we’re unable to accept returns once a package has been opened. Still, if something’s not right, we’re here to help.
🚫 Returns
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept product returns. All sales are final.
✅ Refunds & Replacements
Received something damaged or not what you ordered?
Email us at info@mainmatcha.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll likely ask for a photo so we can assess the issue quickly.
If your claim is valid:
• We’ll send you a replacement, free of charge.
• In rare cases where a replacement isn’t possible, a refund may be issued.
